Power Kongress GermanyVicor will be at the Power Kongress 2015, which runs from 20 to 21 October 2015 in the Vogel Convention Center, Würzburg, Germany. This event, organized by German electronics publication ELEKTRONIK PRAXIS, is one of the most influential European conferences focused on the selection and design of power supplies and systems.

At 9:30am on Wednesday 21 October, Marco Panizza will present a paper describing an AC-DC converter with power factor correction that uses the Double-Clamp Adaptive Cell topology to achieve consistently high efficiency over the entire input voltage range.

The first day of the congress is devoted to the design and development of power supplies, and the second day focusses on selection of power supplies and trends in the power market. Visitors can attend a table-top exhibition on October 21 and meet with Vicor engineers on the Hy-Line booth, where they can hear about the latest products and power design tools from Vicor.
