Vicor Power Tutorial at Design East 2012

At Design East 2012, design engineers will be able to attend the Vicor tutorial, ‘Practical Power Design Considerations to Maximize Performance in Your Embedded System’, from 10:30AM to 11:30AM on Tuesday, September 18, in Room 204, at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston, Massachusetts. Robert Gendron, P.E., vice president marketing and applications engineer at Vicor, will lead this practical session focusing on:

  • What is a buck regulator and the attributes and tradeoffs of the various types
  • Performance Considerations: how to select and source the right buck regulator for the application
  • Implementation and Design Gotchas
